So today young adults got a "teaching" from one of the Bishops from around the world. Our Bishop, the Most Reverend Raymond Field, was from Ireland and was very engaging. His topic: The Holy Spirit--which he compared the Holy Spirit's role in the trinity to "the software that makes a computer run." Agreed.
I ran into some young adults today including Hamish who was one of the animators at the Catechetical session. It seems young people suffer from an "it's embarrassing to be Catholic problem. Certainly understandable...but they also have great hungers in their faith.
